(IPDCAI) came from the life-long commitment of its founding Chairperson Indira Padolina Dayupay to uplift the welfare, socio-economic, spiritiual and moral life of less fortunate people in the community. Having this commitment, the IPDCAI extends various forms of assistance for the needy to the best of its capabilities and resources. Since 2002, the IPDCAI has provided full scholarships to more than five hundred (500) students in the elementary, high school and college levels. In addition, all school supplies of these students have been provided by the IPDCAI. Boarding house rentals were likewise subsidized. Right after the onslaught of Typhoon Yoyong that devastated several provinces in Central Luzon last 2004, the IPDCAI conducted a series of relief operations in severely affected sitios and barangays in General Tinio, Nueva Ecija wherein almost five hundred (500) affected families were given bags of relief goods consisting of rice, sugar, coffee, instant noodles and various canned goods. For school year 2005-2006, the IPDCAI opened seven (7) Learning Centers that benefited more than one hundred sixty (160) children from far flung areas of General Tinio. All provisions like notebooks, bags, pencils and uniforms of all pupils were likewise provided for by the foundation. As of June, 2006, there are 2000 IPDCAI members. Chairperson's Message

About General Tinio, Nueva Ecija, Philippines General Tinio is a 2nd class municipality of Nueva Ecija, Philippines and as of May, 2000 census, has a total population of 35,352 (estimated to be more than 45,000 in 2006). The municipality is located approximately 120 kilometers north of Manila and is about 28 kilometers from Palayan City, the capital of Nueva Ecija.
