It has been the fundamental belief of Ms. Indira Dayupay that education is the paramount possession that a person needs to enable one’s self to have a secure future and be a worthy part of society. Having this principle, the IPDCAI has given full scholarship to almost 300 deserving elementary, high school and college students from less fortunate families in the town of General Tinio, Nueva Ecija since the opening of school year 2003.
